ORIDA Hotels Newbury
"The hotel was great for the price. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff were lovely and the breakfast looked good too (although we went swimming and missed it!) The bathrooms are a bit tired but everything worked fine. The swimming pool was a great added bonus too! Again the leisure facilities are a bit tired but perfectly clean and all working! Would definitely stay again and recommend."
The Store
"Rooms are very small."
Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa
"Great hotel, but breakfast could be better We had an enjoyable stay at the Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa. The hotel was pleasant overall, and the room, cleanliness and staff were all good. We only used the swimming pool in the spa, which we enjoyed, although there weren’t enough loungers available. It seemed that some guests may have reserved them while having treatments, leaving nowhere for others to sit. The main disappointment was breakfast, which wasn’t quite the standard I expected from this type of hotel. The fried eggs looked as though they had been sitting out for hours and were hard, and the breakfast overall was underwhelming. Despite these issues, we had a good stay and would consider returning, although the spa seating and breakfast could definitely be improved."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your dates might help you save on your stay at the Abingdon hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can offer a more personalised touch and sometimes may provide better value.
