"Amazing staff, amazing hotel. Room was clean and tidy, with a fridge and air conditioning. Amazing buffet £12 breakfast if you book day in advance (up until 12 AM the day before). £17 for breakfast on the day. Access to the hotel is so easy with it being right next to the M5 junction, free parking with plenty of spaces. Roof top bar is incredible, with live music on Friday night. All staf we dealt with were lovely and really kind, that's from the reception to the cleaners too. Thank you for making our stay feel special!"
