It was a great experience, the hotel was close to the medical clinic and consulate, it has a shopping center and restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. It had a restaurant with breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Poor 2.0
Never again
Front desk people were really nice, polite and friendly. There was a cleaning lady who was really nice. There was another cleaning lady, I requested to get clean sheet as we had accidentally spilled water on ours and it smell weird, she refused to she said she couldn’t and gave me attitude about it. Restaurant hrs are limited only breakfast ends at 10:30 and after that they close the restaurant until 6:00pm .. waitress were rude and took for ever to bring you your food after the food was sitting there for a while. I used this hotel for convenience but I would absolutely not recommend it.

Looks could be deceiving!
Went to the US Consulate. Building looks great on the outside, clean and very close to the Consulate. Upon checking in the clerks had NO sense of customer service, I asked for directions and conditions of the city and their response was if you have a gps it would be easy...I was thinking...if I am asking is because my gos doesn’t work out of state. I booked it for 6 days thinking I would stay all 6 but fortunately I was done in 3 and off course no refund but with bad attitude from the 3 different front clerks. I must say the breakfast was “bomb” very impressed with their sense of hospitality and humility upon serving and greeting and cleaning, it felt nice considering the front desk treatment. I stayed on the 6th floor the lady was very nice and made it her business to make us feel very comfortable. Parking is small but had a guard felt safe Out if the hotel wasn’t that nice, armed officers everywhere patrolling a d checking on businesses. After dark it was like a ghost town, no activity at all.

Once the air conditioner was turned on it was a perfect stay.
