İlk girişten son cıkış anına kadar güleryüzlü bir ekiple hizmet veriyor. Tesis yeni ve oldukça konforlu odaları. Ana restorandaki yemekler standart bir herşey dahil otel konseptinin çok üzerinde. Deniz güzel ve temiz, etrafta asla çöp vb yok. Havuzlar tertemiz, deniz suyu kullanılan havuz seçeneği de var. Konaklayanların profili gayet düzgün aile profili, taşkın ve gürültücü tipler asla yok. Otel de geniş bir alan üzerine kurulduğu için sıkışık bir atmosfer de yok , tesisin genelinde huzur hakim. Ekolojik yaklaşımları ile de beğenimi topladı; otel kendi enerjisini güneş panellerinden sağlıyor , misafirlerine ücretsiz elektrikli şarj olanagı sunuyor, kendi sebzesini bahçelerinde yetiştiriyor ve ayrıca deniz suyunu arıtıp kullanıyormuş. Benim için ayrıca olumlu deneyimler:1-Bebek arabamızı yanımıza almamıştık talep ettığımızde konforlu bir bebek arabası temin edildi ki bütün tatilde konforumuzu sağladı. 2-Küpemi kaybetmiştim ekip tarafından bulunmuş ve otel kasasında muhafaza edilmiş olduğunu öğrendim. Olumsuz olabilecek unsurlar ise 1- Aile plajında kum yerine çakıl olması ki cocukların rahat etmesi güç, biz sonradan aile ve adult plajın arasında konumlanan sezlongları bulduk orada birazcık kum vardı. 2- A la cart restoranlar kapasite olarak geliştirilebilir; misafir sayısına göre yetersiz kalmış, ilk 2 gün rezervasyon mümkün olmadı. Sonuç olarak Didim'e değer katacak bir tesis olmuş. İlk fırsatta tekrar gitmek isterim.

oteldeki ilk kalışımızdan çokça memnun kaldık ve hatta o kadar beğendik ki 3 hafta sonra 2.rezervasyonumuzu daha oteldeyken yaptık. Swim up odada kaldık her iki konaklamamızda da . Ancak otelde müşteri sayısı arttıkça personel sayısı sanırım bir tık yetersiz kaldı ve ilaçlama biraz daha arttırılmalı kanaatindeyim . Son olarak swim up odada kaldığımızdan özellikle havuz ve bahçe kısmı daha iyi ilaçlanmalı diye düşünüyorum. Ayrıca otel yepyeni olmasına rağmen maalesef ki insanlar koltuk vb yerlerde oturdukları alanları inanılmaz kirletiyorlar. Bu otelin suçu değil tabiki ancak bu kısımların temizliğininde önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Yine de otel gayet güzeldi.

Konaklamamızdan , otelin yeni olmasından , personellerin ilgi alakasından gayet memnun kaldık. Belki sadece yemekler biraz çeşitlendirilebilir ancak yinede herşey gayet güzeldi . Kaldığım birçok üst düzey otelden daha iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim.
