Could have better parking advice and options. Rooms decor was tired looking, needs a refresh. Good view of the cricket ground, and easy access to the the town center.

I was completely pleased and satisfied with the room, the superb service provided by the Front Desk Team as well as with the delicious unlimited breakfast choices and delicious dinner options provided at their Thyme Restaurant!

4/10 Fair

Never again. This hotel is in need of a makeover. We had a roll in shower which was so gross we did not shower during our 1 night stay. There was black mold on the shower floor and walls. No usb plug ins. We only had 1 adapter. Breakfast was typical, but food had been sitting for quite a while. The fried eggs were hard and rubbery. Nobody to ask if there would be any fresh food. When we complained about the room the young girl at the desk said they would look into it. I plan on emailing their corporate office for compensation.
