Location of the hotel is excellent, and we had rooms overlooking the Ness river. It is not a fancy place and anyone expecting it to be so will be disappointed, but their breakfast was fabulous and the rate very reasonable. it could not have been more convenient one minute from groceries, shops, and the entire downtown area.

The hotel is very central. It has a parking lot but parking is not guaranteed. We were able to park in it 1/3 days for 14.95 pounds! The other two nights we had to find on street parking in a residential zone and had to move the car by 8 am. Not very handy. Breakfast was the same full English Breakfast every day which I would say was adequate but not very inspiring.
