DO NOT STAY HERE if you have anywhere to be. Check in was at 3pm and they still didn’t have the room ready at 6pm when I had to leave for the event I was in town for. I was finally able to check in at midnight after waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I reached out to Hotels.com and they said they couldn’t help me because the hotel never answered their calls.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room that was well designed and equipped to meet our needs.The color palette and decor was easy on the eyes and appealing. We stayed during ACL weekend and it seemed like the hotel was pretty understaffed and they even told us they had washer and dryers down. Our checkin also was 30 minutes after the scheduled time (3pm), No housekeeping checked in with us during our stay for things like towels or room cleaning. There was also a mix-up at check-in where I was double charged even though I had already paid. It did get resolved, but initially I was told the refund would come after the weekend, which was frustrating being I was there for the entire weekend. Kyle was very kind and helpful throughout all of this, and I really appreciated his attitude and efforts. This felt more like a management and staffing issue than anything on his end.

pick up was fine, room was nice, clean and comfortable. No airport shuttle in the morning.. I chose this hotel for that reason. they said it was the roads, but the roads were just fine this morning. Night shift clerk was great. picked me up, was pleasant and even offers to stop by a convenience store because food delivery services werent running. The should have to pay for uber to airport. Morning clerk was rather rude about it. I know it wasnt her fault, but she didnt have great attitude.

My stay was so bad. First of all, my reservation was for 2 queen beds. When we got there, Jerome said he only had a King and a sofa. I explain that I reserved a room with 2 queen beds because I have 2 teenagers, my husband and I. Since it was late, we kept it but it was so uncomfortable. The sofa was a pull out and the mattress was sealed with a plastic cover. Everytime that the kids moved the plastic would sound so loud. We were not able to sleep. The shower had hairs and the trash can had trash. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone!

Went down 40 minutes before it finished, everything was gone. No water, juice, yoghurt, eggs, potatoes or sausage patties. They told me to wait for the next badge which never came out. Person in charge with a Roberto name tag came out and said in a sarcastic voice. "Since you're starving, why don't you eat these scraps?" Referring to the food left over. Very rude, very dissatisfied. Did not clean room, fixed soap bottles in sink and shower were swapped.

Mal servicio de traslado y problemas de logistica en el departamento de resipcion: Perdimos mucho tiempo para tratar de marcar en el hotel des de el aeropuerto. Comunicamos con el personal de aeropuerto de servicio de información, pero ellos tampoco no pudiero comunicar con el hotel.Nadie contestaba. Preguntamos a los choferes de traslados de otros hoteles, cuales pasaron y ellos tambien nos ayudaron a marcar a este hotel, pero sin resultado.... Perdimos mucho tiempo en el aeropuerto. El traslado de esta hotel nunca llego. Por que ellos llegan si reciben la llamada( esto nos mencionaron en el hotel). Al final cansamos mucho y deberiamos pagar 60 dolares del taxi, cual nos trajo al hotel. Solisitamos reembolso, pero nunca llego reembolso. El personal de resepcion de hotel esta muy desordenado, por que teniamos reservados y pagados 2 habitaciones con 2 camas matriamaniales cada habitacion ( eramos 5 personas adultas y 3 de ellos eran mayores de edad), pero nos dieron habiatacion con una cama. Deberiamos bajas a resepcion explicar que no es cuarto solicitado y esperar que nos hacen cambio de habitacion con 2 camas. Al final cuando entramos en la habitacion no habia el internet. el personal de resepcion se equivocaron con las habitaciones y el codigo de cuarto no pudimos entrar en el internet. perdimos más de dos horas con el personal de resepcion para poder arreglas el internet pero sin ningun resultado. El hotel tiene problemas de logistica y de servicio de huesped.
