"The view was of the harbor and nice. Laundry was a company who took your laundry somewhere else. No laundry facilities at the hotel. Check in was 2 hours later than advertised. Air did not work in the room so it was warm and stuffy. TV had no service. Beds were too soft for us, not very comfortable. Staff were nice though."
