From the moment we walked into the beautiful lobby, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We were even able to check in early, which was such a blessing since we had plans to visit the aquarium later that day. The hotel also offers a wonderful, family-friendly happy hour reception, making it a great place to relax after traveling. We enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool area, and the complimentary hot breakfast the next morning was the perfect start to our day. It was so nice to enjoy a delicious hot meal before continuing our long journey home.

Everything was excellent. We were so impressed by the breakfast each day. It was a full breakfast bar and cafeteria area. Not just continental breakfast. At night they had happy hour at the bar where they give you tokens upon check-in for free drinks. The hotel was very clean and staff were very nice as well.

This was our first hotel stay with our 8-month old and we had a great time! We appreciated how much space there was for her to move around and how clean it was. The valet attendants were friendly and the location of the hotel was SO convenient. It’s only a few minutes from the aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, and riverwalk area. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chattanooga!
