8/10 Very good

The room we ended up with was great with a nice view. Breakfast was somewhat of a disaster, slow service, very little choice and incredibly small portions even for us and we don’t eat a lot.

The hotel is very clean, and everything feels fresh and new inside the hotel and rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for where to go to eat nearby. The breakfast included in the stay was very good and saved us from having to pay for one meal per day. There is a nice workout room and patio on the top floor, and the room comes with a small fridge, microwave and plates and utensils. The door to the hotel from the street is locked and staffed at all times so we felt very safe. There are a bunch of nice restaurants just one block over, so the location is very good. Overall, a very good value for what we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Second time staying here— great staff across the board. Hotel is clean and in a great location with less touristy foot traffic, but still within walking distance to all of the popular areas!

Staff was knowledgeable about area and easy check in process. Easy to walk around and use the underground train if need be. Breakfast could have been more options although still tasty and easy to communicate what was needed. Definitely recommend starting here. Very clean, top rooms are a bit shaky possibly bc of the World Cup happening. Overall would rate this a great stay!
