2/10 Poor

This was the worst experience we ever had. The hotel is located far and isolated site AWAY from its reception. There were no clear information given. In fact, we were misled about staff onsite to check in between 3-5 pm. The taxi is not allowed near the hotel. We had to drag our suitcases to the hotel and only to find that there is NO one there! After a long waiting, a person who worked nearby the hotel told us the reception is about 0.5 mile away from the hotel. The place feels like ghost town.
