Couldn’t be happier with this accommodation, incredibly clean, pool was beautiful. There is a 24 hour shop two doors down, a nice coffee shop next door and the location is perfect. One of the best restaurants is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. It legitimately is one of the best places I’ve stayed, although it’s self check in, the staff are always around and are incredibly helpful, I really felt looked after. Would definitely recommend, fantastic place to stay! The shower was nice and warm also!

Great location! Easy to walk to everything- zocalo, restaurants, bars, parks (El Llano if you want to do a little run). Even though there was no front desk or staff, they were quick to respond to my questions on WhatsApp. Room was good size. AC worked very well, bed was comfy, lots of hanger space and drawers. Bathroom- only issue was the shower. There was no hot water and the water pressure was so low. There is a sign saying to conserve water in the city. There was some bubbling on the walls from the paint. Pool was nice also. The touchpads to enter the main building and your room are difficult and annoying at first but you get used to it.

Noisy room, shower has no pressure and toilet has no water for flushing. Curtain doesn’t close properly so lights come in. Location is very good but for USD200 per night, I would expect a more functional room where we can have decent shower and quiet sleep, or at least a working toilet. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was more hooks to hang towels, or wet clothes from the swimming pool. make sure to follow the check in instructions one day before avoid complications. However, if there are any complications, the team is very fast at responding via WhatsApp.

I traveled with my partner for a quick 3 night trip to Oaxaca city. Lar Syrah was an excellent place to stay. Very clean, quiet, modern, and close enough to walk to all Centro sites. I did not get my check in code which made check in a bit rough, but housekeeping staff was on site and went well out of their way to help. Oaxaca is a city worth visiting more than once, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Didn’t have a good stay here. We booked a “comfort” room which as it turned out didn’t have a window in the room or the bathroom. This was particularly unfortunate given the drains smelled pretty bad, meaning the room smelt of raw sewage for our stay. The room was also right next to the front door which slammed throughout the night with guests coming and going. Managements reaction to this was to blame the guests. But they were just using the door. The room was also right next to the metal staircase which made a load of noise whenever someone came up or down. Again, this really disrupted our sleep. Management blamed guests being too loud on the stairs (not the case). The check in process is super clumsy. The remote agents who you speak to send you messages on hotels.com with everything as an attachment. They also make it difficult to see the check in codes. We felt this, and judging by the amount of guests using the intercom to try and gain access it seems they did too.

Me hospedé en la habitación Chardonnay, es tal cual se ve en las fotos del hotel, habitación en planta alta No tuve tiempo de usar la alberca. La localización muy buena pues llegas caminado al centro, parada de camiones enfrente del hotel Definitivamente regresaría a hospedarme. Lo único es que las instrucciones de salida no vienen y las tuve que pedir antes de dejar la habitación, las cuales no son nada complicadas. Tampoco hay instrucciones para usar la caja fuerte.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y las habitaciones son amplias. Es importante considerar que no cuenta con lobby ni recepción física, ya que el acceso es autónomo; sin embargo, siempre hay una persona disponible para atender y buscar soluciones. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos algunos inconvenientes: pasamos dos días sin agua caliente y, en otra de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. Aunque estos detalles afectaron la experiencia, al final el personal tuvo buena disposición y, como apoyo, nos permitió resguardar las maletas hasta las 4:00 p. m., lo cual agradecemos mucho. En general, es una buena opción por su ubicación y el tamaño de las habitaciones, aunque sería importante mejorar el mantenimiento y la atención oportuna de este tipo de fallas.

La habitación muy limpia, cómoda y bastante amplia. La señorita del aseo muy amable y pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, se siente uno como en casa. La ubicación es inmejorable, estás en punto intermedio de todo. Hay muy buenos restaurantes y bares cerca, una gourmetería donde comprar buenos vinos y snacks y un Oxxo a dos puertas.
