Quarto com tamanho bom e limpo. WC muito apertado, porém o box com dimensões muito boas. No box falta um tapete ante-derrapante, aparador para colocar shampoo, sabonetes, etc. e barra de segurança para idosos. Passamos duas diárias e não foi camareira fazer a limpeza e arrumação do apartamento. O hotel tem dois elevadores, porém, apenas um funciona para atender os apartamentos, o que provoca grande demora para descer.

O apartamento é bonito e confortável. O quarto era bem arrumado e o ambiente agradável, então a estrutura em si foi um ponto positivo da hospedagem. Porém, o serviço deixou muito a desejar. Solicitei troca de toalhas e elas só foram entregues no último dia da estadia. Também pedi limpeza do quarto durante os cinco dias em que fiquei hospedada e em nenhum momento ela foi realizada. A justificativa dada foi alta demanda, mas isso não deveria comprometer um serviço básico oferecido aos hóspedes. Outro ponto negativo foi a questão do estacionamento. No anúncio aparece “estacionamento com manobrista”, o que leva a entender que o serviço está incluso. Porém, somente após a reserva descobri que havia cobrança adicional de R$130 pelos cinco dias. Essa informação até consta na descrição, mas não fica clara nem visível de forma objetiva para quem está reservando. A experiência poderia ter sido muito melhor se o atendimento e os serviços oferecidos correspondessem ao que é anunciado, até porque o valor não foi barato.A estrutura é boa, mas a qualidade do serviço precisa melhorar bastante. Não voltarei a rede Setai.
