The hotel was perfect, super comfy beds, and has a mini split in the room so it was never hot. Walking distance to some yummy restaurants and cute shops. The only thing is that they charged for a makeup mark on one of the towel. A little crazy for that. But other than that it was a really good hotel.

Stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom unit. The configuration was great, plenty of room, super clean and modern. Air conditioning units in each room worked well and we also loved our balcony. We had some power issues in our unit, and staff moved us to another so they could take care of it. Can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff! The tenth floor deck was very nice, and good to hang out while doing (free) laundry.

The building/rooms are clean and nice. The location was awesome. We could walk pretty much anywhere across Roma Norte and it was quote convenient with tons of high quality yet local restaurants and bars (particularly the top rated ones that are a must-go)! However; There’s no concierge desk, just security, so if you’re looking for a hotel experience this isn’t it. My biggest drawback were the room sizes. They are quite small and the layout is not set up for two people. Definitely more of a single traveler accommodation who’s not traveling with much luggage. It was so small we ended up having to upgrade to a larger one just so we had somewhere to put our bags because it would have had to be on the floor or kitchen counter (& we didn’t even book the smallest one)! That part was not thought out and they don’t have luggage racks to offer… Additionally, there’s a large tree outside the property blocking most of the balcony views and if you’re on a low floor there is no view/reason to be out there—it’s more of a step-out.

Excellent stay...the bed and bedding was so comfortable. The hot shower was a dream! The staff was amazingly courteous and I appreciated the light daily room cleaning at no charge. The street noise woke me the first night, and the it was nice that hotel provided ear plugs in advance. The next two nights I was used to it and slept well. Would definitely stay again and I will book other Kunkun hotels in the future.

This is a comfortable apartment style space! Front desk was helpful and cheerful. There's a Nespresso style coffee machine in the lobby (Phillips) as well as a basic Nespresso in each room, hot plate, microwave, fridge, dishes, cutlery. As someone who needs their coffee in the am - this was awesome! Free laundry on site - also awesome! (I think this amenity can be more clearly advertised. As a traveler, the ability to easily do your laundry for free mid-trip is a major perk!) The space is steps away from Roma Norte, Juarez, Zona Rosa. There's a fabulous cafe literally steps away (turn right when you exit) called Le Miscelenea. I had breakfast there every morning! Super friendly and attentive staff, delicious quiche and salad and Americano! (Try their Lemon or Strawberry meringue - you'll have it to nibble on all day!). The ONLY drawback is the tight security. Security is great, don't get me wrong, but there is an absolute no visitor policy unless they provide passport/ID information. otherwise, I'd 100% stay here again :)

They're still doing construction, it's really loud. I had to argue with the hotel front desk to change my room from the 1st floor to the 7th floor. At first it was "we're fully booked, we cannot move you until tomorrow morning". Then a room magically opened up on the 7th floor, but hey, it's much smaller than the one I paid for. Ok fine, I'll guees it'll do. Then I had $100 (USD, not pesos), stolen out of sling bag I kept in my room. I also had my passport and green card in there, thankfully those were not touched. Location is good, and rooms are nice, but beware.

First let me say the staff was very sweet. The first night of our stay the Main fire alarm sounded ALL night long every hour on the hour. In addition there was a cross walk outside our room that beeped for people to cross this beeping was audible in our room for our ENTIRE stay. The second night the main alarm did not sound but we slept with a pillow over our heads to keep from hearing the crosswalk alert. The apartments were fine, proximity to restaurants was good. I would not recommend this location.
