No one on reception , wait for sometimes then we need to called them, this is quite frustrating. We have to wait for someone to come , then we find one staff.Room is not soundproof , whatever talking from inside or outside it literally hearing. No particular baggage storage room. This hotel is in one of the street . For tea or water purchase is cash only which is quite unknowing. Now world going cashless , if you don't have cash you can't buy it.. room size is good , location is good.

Good stay. Hotel staff didn’t speak any English, so everything was a little confusing. But I don’t speak Italian either.

The room has an A/C - air conditining, warm/cold running water, has a small shower room fit for a slim person, bathroom sink, toilet, and bidet, clean sheets, and with some toiletries. It is a long walk from the Venezia Sta. Lucia train station. I stayed for one night and a last minute decision to stay in Venezia, Italia.

There was a literal anthill under the rug! Bad smell, burn marks on the table… avoid.

Hotel needs some extensive renovation. Location is great. Stuff very helpful. Bathroom needs renovation. Other than that was ok . We spent only one night but for someone who would like to stay longer the size and condition of the hotel might not serve the purpose. I chose the hotel only for one reason. Our grandson name is Henry. It’s a quite unusual name for hotel so we chose Henry Hotel

Although the room overall was clean, it is definitely dated. The shower is very small and we kept banging our elbows. We were in room number two. I’m not sure if that matters. My husband did not like that the sink was outside the bathroom and took up wall space in the middle of the room. Also, the room was very humid after showering even with the air conditioner on. The staff were absolutely lovely, and they provided some snack type things which was very thoughtful. Water and cake. It is in walking distance of many things, but it is definitely someplace where you sleep, shower and go out. I found the bed to be pretty hard, but my husband was fine with it. Hope this helps. We would probably not stay there again if I’m being completely honest. But if you’re on a budget, it’s really not a bad choice.

Excelente hospedagem e estrutura do hotel, a mulher que me atendeu foi super gentil, me disponibilizou um check in mas cedo, e deixou minha mala guardada no check out pois meu trem saia tarde!
