UNA Hotels One Catania Wellness & SPA
"The staff were all very pleasant& helpful. Anything I requested was provided promptly & with a smile. The honesty bar was great so easy to serve yourself. The SPA was good although I do feel a reduction for hotel guests rather than SPA customers would be beneficial. The hotel was further from the centre than anticipated but taxis easily obtained by the helpful reception team. Solo travellers are caught with high taxi fares. Maybe a hotel shuttle on the hour to the centre for a nominal fee for guests could be investigated in the future as im suremany use it as a baee to explore the area as i did so a connection to the bus/ train station would be ideal. Food was delicious both breakfast & dinner, although I wasn't informed I could order hot items via the QR code at breakfast however, I had all I could eat. Lastly to be sdvised the restaurant was closed when I arrived on my first day as a solo traveller wasn't ideal. Thankfully a pizza parlour a few metres away was open. All in alli had a lovely stay & am staying in an Una Hotel in Venice in November so I hope its just as good. Clare"
Algila' Ortigia Charme Hotel
"This hotel is well situated in Ortigia and is in a lovely old building. We enjoyed the staff, the bar and the breakfast. However we were misled by our room booking on Expedia. We expect d a room with a view of a mediterranean garden. We got a room facing an inner area- the light well - which afforded very little natural light in the room.band faced another bedroom’s window. The room was very small, with the shower in a closet area, and the toilet in a room on the other side of the bedroom. We asked to move but there was nothing available or offered for the two nights we stayed. All for $480/night. I expected more and would recommend that you book this hotel with caution if you value nice accommodation."
Palace Catania | UNA Esperienze
"Excellent, excellent service staff. Great breakfast buffet. Nice location with easy access to Catania historical center."
Romano Palace Luxury Hotel
"Despite all the varying reviews, this hotel delivered a great service, nice staff, and was clean. Air-conditioning and WiFi worked without any issues. While the room could use a slight refresh, the hotel decor was still unique and well maintained. Their arrangement with a nearby beach is amazing. My room was clean and I had such a great sleep that I ended up missing the free breakfast. I wish the gym was open though, but otherwise a great experience overall."
Palazzo Artemide - VRetreats, SLH Collection
"Clean room , service , staff , shops near , big room"

"Great location Modern room Good shower and AC Top breakfast"
Hotel Nettuno
"Out of the centre of Catania with pool and tunnel to swim from steps into the sea.. 10 min Uber to centre Catania and station.. Uber to the McDonald's and you are right by the old town, fish market and restaurants. Good location."
Four Points by Sheraton Catania Hotel & Conference Center
"Clean, excellent staff great food"

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, having some flexibility with your travel dates could enable you to find a more favourable rate for your stay in an Augusta hotel. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you find a more advantageous rate.
- Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with higher expenses. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. You might also look into independent hotels located further out, as they can offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience, which usually tends to be cheaper.
