The hotel is currently under renovations, so I'm probably going a little easy on them. The TLDR is that it's fine, and the renovations will be nice once completed, but given the current progress, charging full price is atrocious.
The main entrance is closed for the renovations, so you're directed to the back of the building, where half the lot is filled with storage containers, and wasn't plowed all that well. Parking was a nightmare.
The room itself was fine: A standard two bed room with a small kitchenette included. Only having two of every dish and cutlery was inconvenient traveling as a family. The only real complaint is that it was INCREDIBLY noisy. The hotel was fully booked with several different sports organizations (read: a ton of kids), and you could hear children running and playing in the halls from different floors.
The included breakfast was good. It had all the staples of a standard continental breakfast, and a nice added touch of two commercial Keurig machines that gave the option of lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate. The dining room was nice, spacious and clean, and had a bonus lounge area where you could just sit and chat.
The pool is small, got crowded quite quickly and stayed that way. The amount of chlorine used was excessive. It was so strong that it burned your eyes even if you were just sitting on the pool deck. Goggles solved that for the kids though.
Overall, the hotel was fine, but I definitely didn't find it justified the price.
