Great place if you want to be close to the main road, airport or a pit stop for the night. Not if you are planning a long stay, mostly because you are far from everything. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Price was perfect for what we were looking for.

I was flying in late on the night of my reservation, and I let the property know ahead of time. I received a response that this was fine, just use the door cam to alert the front desk when I got there. I arrived around 10:30 or 11pm, rang the door cam, and heard a message to the effect of there's no one on the other end of the line. I banged on the door for a while, but ultimately was forced to find another hotel. I've messaged the property for a refund, but have only gotten silence in response. This place will abandon you in the night and then ghost you.

Staff great helpful,room big enough bed bit uncomfy but for cost of it then I shouldn’t complain really ..everything was ok except not being able to get a drink as it only serves non alcoholic beverages lol but there’s a M&S garage just 5 mins down the road .overall experience was ok and I would recommend going as it was a bargain for the price

Run down. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Towels scratchy. Fire alarm went off at 1 am for no reason. Breakfast was just ok. Staff seemed friendly although upon checkin reception didn’t seem to speak English. Made it hard to ask questions. Wouldn’t stay again unless I really needed to save money.

A disgusting place 1 stars because you can’t score less Place is absolutely nothing like pictures, The front of the hotel is a garbage tip. So many rubbish, going to main entrance which is the restaurant entrance you can see the door that has so much grease and dirty. You might be able to scrap this matter, so tick it is Window had slabs of wood locking it from inside. What a bizarre thing, doesn’t gave us confidence of safety of the place Stinky, soon you enter it is stinking cigarettes. Restaurant chair were disgusting, full of stains. Breakfast is only cereals, fruits, yogurts, milk and orange juice Anything else is extra. No coffee or tea, they offer toast or cooked breakfast for extra. NO COFFEE Based on cleanliness of the place we gave breakfast a missed. Renovation noises until 22:00 plus on a Friday night. Bathroom so horrible, dirty, broken shower doors, broken or malfunctioning shower We wanted a place, where to rest the tired body after long journeys and prepare for the next 2 days of driving. As a camper I am used to rough places but that was another level

I just wanted a simple hotel to come back to after driving all day. No remote for tv, forgot to ask in the morning before leaving for my day trip. Got in late, managed to get Tv on and on a channel, but next night there was a Samsung update message that required the remote. then went for a shower…nearly got severe burns from the tankless water heater as it doesn’t seem to work properly (hot is cold, and apparently cold is hot and extremely dangerously hot. Nowhere to escape to as the shower is smaller than a phone booth, luckily got it turned off. Ironically, went to shave, no hot water at the sink. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to be very thorough, a few of the milk containers for tea in the room were opened prior to my arrival and left sitting there. Sounds like birds in the roof??? Radiator was needed my final night, but again, doesn’t seem to work, why would it, there’s no hot water. But the biggest issue, WiFi provided but doesn’t reach the rear building I was in. 3 nights no tv, no internet, no heat, worst hotel I’ve ever been in. “Breakfast” provided is cereal and fruit.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Firstly the condition of the bathroom can only be described as disgusting. On 2 separate occasions during my stay someone with a key tried to access my room and as a result I had to wedge furniture behind the door. The external doors are left unlocked and the property is unmanned out of hours meaning anyone can walk in off the street. This hotel is definitely one to avoid at all costs.
