All the staff were so helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and special to have piano music to begin our day . Thank you making our stay in Matera so memorable."

"Room was great. Staff did well. Overall good but a lot of the advertising is not correct. Air conditioning did not work well; there’s no onsite laundry; the bar / lounge and deli is really the front desk selling a few items. This is not a staff issue - all were great. This is a structural problem with management. "

"The staff was very helpful and attentive . The parking lot and taxi arrangements were spot on . Trust the process if you have a rental car . The spa was very relaxing and extremely clean . Samir is awesome and everywhere . He is alot stronger than he looks as he managed our large luggage up and down the steps . So are the desk managers . This hotel was an excellent location ."
