Its the worst hotel ever

Aircon switches off every 20 minutes and noone knows how to fix it, room is only cleaned when you beg complain and remind staff 15 times, TV doesn’t work anywhere in the entire hotel, restaurant is completely closed, hotel was deemed unlivable and ordered to evacuate by saudi tourism authority, no showers as water heater is non functioning and zip boiler doesn’t work, no drinking water in the rooms, room card randomly locks you out of your room if you even walk past a magnet, and fridge was broken. I begged multiple times for a room change and the second room was as bad as the first…….. maintenance staff is resigned to the fact that they’re going to be abused by everyone and stopped caring a long time ago…….. overall a VERY bad experience
