la habitación estaba bien, limpia y tenia los elementos necesarios, solo que en una ocasión nos intentaron abrir la puerta 😭 También deberían considerar un poco que no es tan familiar, se escuchan ruidos felices durante el día JAAJAJAJA

Alguien ajeno al hotel entró a mi habitación dos horas después de que hice check in. Argumentaron que le dieron la llave de mi habitación por error. El agua se la regadera no salió caliente.

Descuidado y muy mala atención aparte es mucho más económico fuera de la plataforma aquí me costó 1038 y allá costaba 600 la noche. … aparte pedí una habitación para 3 personas y no había en la parte de abajo no tiene elevador y el personal es muy malo en su atención
