Super convenient location, staffs are very helpful. The rooms are old but clean. The biggest challenge was that there’s no elevator. The staff carried the luggages for me which was helpful.

The room was clean, comfy bed, washroom is outdated need some repair, the staff is Amazing! NO ELEVATORS but the staff are ready to help and carried my luggage at the 2nd floor! There is a bit smell in the room needs to be repair but over all I will come back

The room is clean matches the photos, the wifi is very weak. The location is convient and close to nanjing road and peoples square. The area is currently doing a urban renewal project so lots of construction and side walks are either closed or hard to walk on due to construction. The window in our room was open and we cannot close them so a little noisy.

日本に帰りました！このホテルのおかげで最高の上海旅行になりました。まずは従業員の皆様、本当にありがとうございます。 従業員は全員自然な温かさで、困ったことがあれば手伝おうとしてくれるのが伝わってきました。 トイレに紙は流せません。ですが私がそれに対して質問すると男性従業員は丁寧に謝りながら「毎日掃除に入ります」と翻訳機能で伝えてくれました。 エレベーターはありません。しかし重い荷物を持って上がってくださった女性はいつ外出しても明るい笑顔でした。 他にも二人程の従業員の方と顔を合わせましたが、どちらもいつも挨拶してくれました。夜中も早朝もフロントには常に人がいて安心しました。 女一人旅が初めてで不安でしたが、事前にメール対応にも応じてくれました。 もっと狭い部屋を想像していたのですが、部屋の広さは充分で、ベッドも大きくて、エアコンは快適に稼働し、シャワーはお湯の温度も量も全く問題無かったです！ 立地は南京路歩行街、外灘に出るのに最高の立地、人民広場駅からも遠くありません。 大通りから少しだけ逸れた細い通りにある小さめのホテルですが、歩いて１、２分で上海の有名レストランが沢山あるので帰るのも朝食も楽しかったです。 もう少し連泊したら良かったと後悔するのはこのホテルのおかげです。 楽しい上海をありがとう！！
