2/10 Poor

They had roaches crawling the walls…changed rooms but still more roaches. Only amenities was coffee but I would be scared to drink it because of the roaches! I checked out the did not want to refund me plus the doors would not lock securely I did not feel safe

The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Pillows were terrible take your own. The side entrance was broken so anyone could get in. I would stay here again.

Room was a nice size. Water was Hot, T.V. and AC/Heater worked. Relatively quiet and close to Publix, Hardees, BBQ joint, Hwys. Unexpected stay but it wasn't bad. Michael U.S. Army Veteran

I'll be as generous as I can without sounding too critical. But, the hotel was extremely outdated, run down and poorly maintained and staffed. I couldn't tell which rooms or floors were smoking or non-smoking, as everything seemed intermingled. The hallways stank of cigarette smoke, and our room smelled of weed each night, like it was being smoked directly beneath us. The front desk clerk would have been more at home working at Guitar Center, but was friendly and knowledgeable enough. The location was very nice, as that whole area of town is beautiful with a lot to do. Great shops, restaurants and of course the Zoo and Botanical Gardens. We survived, but wouldn't recommend it.

Decent small room bed makes noise when you lay down because of the metal frame. Accomplished the need for a quick cost effective stay

2/10 Poor

Room was dirty, there were burn holes and mystery stains everywhere, and there were roaches. It was cheap, but not cheap enough for how dirty it was.

Really needs AC in hallways and stairways, at least a little, you can sweat in those areas
