We absolutely loved Golden Silk Boutique Hotel. It's located in such a great place near the old part of Ha Noi and the lake. The people were so welcoming and went out of their way to help all the time. The breakfast was soooo good. I highly recommend this place!

I only had 1 night booked and im glad, this hotel was very conveniently located but lacked the accommodating nature of many other motels I've stayed at. It was a hassel for the staff to get me some water when i asked, The staff are very pushy when asking for a tip, one even told me it wasnt enough when i did tip him and after breakfast I walked up to my room to find a male staff member walking out of my room, when i asked him what he was doing he said he was checking if i had checked out (this was at 8am)
