This hotel is very new less than four weeks old so you would expect everything to be in good condition which it was. The rooms are functional clean and spacious with USB and USBC charging points on one side of the bed but strangely not on the other. There is no safe and I was informed that the Polish regulations there is no necessity to put one in the rooms. As far as I could tell they’re under extra facilities by a small restaurant for breakfast . I would definitely stay here again but is very close to the main tourist attractions.

We’ve visited Gdańsk several times and decided to try the Prize by Radisson on our latest trip. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town. After speaking with the staff, we found out the hotel had only been open for around a month. Everything felt fresh, modern and exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Our room had large opening windows with a lovely view of the National Museum in Gdańsk and the Holy Trinity Church. The room itself was modern, comfortable and spotless. I needed to use the ironing facilities and was told they were located between floors 2 and 3. I found them in the stairwell, which raised some accessibility concerns as guests would need to use stairs to access the room. The ironing room had one ironing board and two irons, although there was no obvious way to add water to them. I also noticed that bottled water is no longer provided. Instead, there are water dispensers on selected floors. Having to go between floors to find one wasn’t particularly convenient. That said, I understand this is a very new hotel and there will naturally be some teething issues. The points mentioned wouldn’t stop me from returning. Overall, we had a lovely stay, the hotel was clean and modern, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Room and hotel were very clean, rooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. The location was really good, only few hundred meter to main street and restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well. Only complaint would be quite thin doors on rooms, so you would hear everything outside on the corridor and that made my sleeping bit difficult.

Good location not far from old town, and a good bed. All other things are not as good as hoped. The AirCon is far too cold, however you try to adjust it, you almost freeze to death every night. The water pressure in the shower is very bad. The breakfast is dissapointing at best. Cold and tasteless scrambled eggs, ok bread, dissapointing dessert. There is a noticable water leak happening in the reception area. Staff didn't seem to care to much, eventhough water was dripping down from the ceiling onto the reception desk.

Brand new hotel in a great location. Less than 10 min walk to Old Town. Rooms are basic but very clean & modern. Great shower. Breakfast was good - great scrambled eggs! We tried the restaurant for dinner & it was fabulous. Great food at reasonable prices. All staff we came in contact with where very nice & helpful. Highly recommend Prize by Radisson.

Lovely hotel, clearly quite new. Easy to find and in a fantastic location about a 3 minute walk from Neptun fountain. Staff were great, small but nice selection of cocktails which were delicious. Very comfortable bed and lovely clean bathroom, excellent air con. The shower water pressure was not amazing but that's the only minor issue we had - overall fantastic value for money, we would 100% stay again. Thank you!
