O apartamento estava bem limpo e é bem confortável, a única questão é que na hora da reserva estava que havia estacionamento no local e chegando lá falaram que não havia vaga e tive de deixar o carro na rua não curti muito esta ideia desde que me senti enganado.

Outra péssima experiência com check-in remoto. Já é temeroso clicar num link que chega por e-mail e ainda dava página carregando o que só aumenta a impressão de invasão. O pagamento foi no momento da reserva e ainda sobra o ônus de "correr atrás" para fazer o check-in e ter o imóvel liberado. O imóvel é bem central, próximo de avenidas importantes, supermercado, farmácia e de barzinhos. Eu gostei muito da internet só pra mim, contudo cadê a senha do wifi. Procurei em todos os lugares um encarte com as regras, onde deveria estar a senha. Não encontrei. Tive que ir ao supermercado, onde acessei a net e só então peguei a senha. Relatei o problema e o pessoal disse que a senha estava no armário. Cara é um selinho de nada com a senha da internet e eu procurando um encarte grande. Com tantos lugares (próximo ou no modem) foram colocar num lugar nada a ver?! Isso me aborreceu. O ar-condicionado é quente/frio. Frustrei-me ao encontrar um frigobar, esperava uma geladeira. Tinha air fryer, cooktop e micro-ondas, copos, talheres e outros apetrechos de cozinhas. Não gostei do colchão duro e as cadeiras só sentando sobre o travesseiro. O chuveiro elétrico funcionou bem. A tampa da privada saía do lugar e incomodou muito. Tinha 3 sabõezinhos, 2 toalhas de banho e uma de rosto e tapetinho. Check-in às 15 e Check-out às 10 hrs é outra indecência inadimissível. O barulho nas imediações é insuportável.

Nossa experiência foi excelente! O apartamento é impecável: muito limpo, organizado, confortável e exatamente como anunciado. Tudo estava em perfeito estado, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Também gostaríamos de destacar o atendimento do síndico, que foi extremamente atencioso, educado e prestativo desde o primeiro contato. Sempre disposto a ajudar e a esclarecer qualquer dúvida, nos fez sentir muito bem recebidos. Com certeza recomendamos este apartamento e, quando voltarmos a Foz do Iguaçu, será nossa primeira opção de hospedagem. Agradecemos pela excelente experiência!
