Complaint
First night was ok, there was a group of Latin workers next to us made some noise with talking outside, the next night they were drinking and talking loudly til after 10:00 pm, with loud music, I think they were regulars and working nearby. I definitely complain the next day since I could not get ahold of anybody at the desk at night!

Not well kept up
The manager was hard to understand, the hotel was not maintained well. The bathroom wall had pealing Sheetrock, toilet seat was well worn and it was so loud, lighting was poor, one of the electrical plug was exposed and the mattress was lumpy. It was not a Quality Inn.

Place is a dump, chipped sidewalks, poor paint, pealed back metal, pool closed full of algae, leaking AC from upper floor, floor balcony is sagging, no breakfast, foul cleaning smell in room that does not go away, torn curtains that don’t close, poor paint job, chipping paint, dirty hardwood floor, no hair dryer, no luggage rack, bed is too hard, bed lamp out, has iron but no ironing board, building is next to a sewer pond with foul smells

The room was clean and comfortable. Outside Maintenance has been ignored. Water level of the pool was down and the water was green. Walkways were cracked and uneven. At one time walkways were top-coated but the top-coating was in terrible shape. New plank flooring in our room but no transition from vinyl planks to bathroom tile floor, it was uneven. Molding on the door to the outside was heavily damaged by I’m guessing a dog that didn’t like being left alone.

I looked at the two rooms prior there needs to be a health inspector notified there in Minden. no refund was given as i booked with your agency further i didn't spend any nights there. would not recommend that quality inn to anybody.

This hotel, for a Quality Inn, is in a state of disrepair. The sidewalks are crumbing. The condition of the outside has seen a lot of deglect over the years. Our room was fair. I booked 3 rooms, but the women behind counter in the lobby only had record that I had booked 2 rooms. We were able to get another room, though after a long wait. I hope I don't get charged for the additional room. The receptionist, tried her best to be friendly, but obviously hated here job, In my opinion this hotel needs to be shut down for major repairs. It was advertised that the hotel has a breakfast, which it did not.

Nightmare room
We were looking for a cheap stay, and that’s why this was. But our room honestly looked like one out of a horror film. Lamp shades were torn, doorways were dented, there were holes in the wall, and it was overall pretty dirty… it literally gave us nightmares.

The grounds were not maintained. The overall appearance from the outside was not what you expect from a Quality Inn. A room by ours looked like it had been broken into. Our room was dirty and we had mice running across the floor. We left and got a refund.

The stay here was honestly a really bad and unsafe experience. The toilet in our room would over flow so we couldn’t even use the restroom and someone tried to fix it but still over flowed and than a man just walks in our room when we get there, I had a friend and my eleven year old daughter no excuses for that and no house keeping when we just checked in. There are too many situations with people things happening to women in these circumstances. We had to check out way early because of the bathroom mishap also.
