The room is clean and there are enough lighting in the room. However, the soundproof is not very well as I can hear the sound when other people closing the door of the room and when they are talking in the corridor. Overall, it is a good experience.

Confusing Elevators
The bed was hard as a rock and when I checked in I could not get the front desk person to speak to me in English he would only speak to my friend in Mandarin, even though at the end he spoke to me in English when he gave me my room key. So I had to ask one of the other front desk staff to assist in putting my deposit on my credit card and not taking the cash from my friend. Elevators were confusing because this building had two different lobbies. One for the hotel and one for the business side of building. e

A wear-down hotel without proper up-keeping. - we arrived past mid-night, the check-in process is okay except there is heavy smoking smell during the check-in process. - The non-smoking floor/room has smoking smell. - You can see the stinks on carpet. The overall feeling is 'not-clean' on multiple places of the room/bathroom. - This may be a drunk people's favorite hotel. Have to share the elevator with some drunk customers twice to take a 48 floor ride in my 3 nights stay. - Shower room slow water drain. Something good about it: - Located right on top of a subway station that you can take hotel elevator to negative 2nd floor to access subway. - Our room at 48th floor has a nice view around the area. - 7-eleven, McDonald and many local restaurants across the street.
