4/10 Fair

Stressed for two days of holiday
The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. It was very upsetting and stressful. Not happy as not something you like on holiday!! I would really have to consider using this booking agent again or the hotel.
