A nice hotel but forgot about Covid at breakfast!!
It was fine and clean, and the receptionist was very friendly.
However, the breakfast buffet was not good. The food was OK, but despite the risk of Coronavirus all the windows seemed to be closed (even though it wasn't cold outside and there were plenty of windows that could have been opened easily), and one guest came into the restaurant with no mask and the staff didn't do anything. He continued to help himself to food and drink without wearing a mask, coughing on the drink machine. The staff should have warned him.

Good place to stay in Miyakonojo with a car
Good place for family staying. Warming room, clean surrounding, kind staff, excellent morning bufe, wide parking lot, hot water for eliminating vehicle window ice, free tea.....Strong recommendation if you have a car.
The only uncomfortable thing is English conversation. Most of staffs can't speak English properly.

We stayed there for couple of days.
I was little worried because it’s country side of japan..... there is still old hotels.
Room is clean as other city hotel and great location for restaurants. It’s about 2000 yen to ride cab to get Miyakonojo-City.
Also we love breakfast. Japanese style breakfast is include to the price. Not extra charge.
If you don’t like Japanese breakfast, there is western style too. There is hot/cold tea, coffee, orange juice, milk and more.
When I go to Miyakonojo-Shi again, I will stay there again for sure.

Recommended!
The hotel is located at a great location which is very convenient, foods and supermarket is surrounding. Also the room is spacious with free drinks provide for the guest at the restaurant. The taste of the breakfast is also good except the space is a bit small and you need to be careful after take your food back to the seat.

Roadtrip stop with nearby conveniences
Located between central Miyakonojo and Miyazaki Expressway. Convenient to Kirishima and Ebino Plateau area as well as Miyazaki. Restaurants nearby. Lobby coffee and tea service, served all afternoon and evening, was welcome. Decent breakfast choices. Bed and amenities was typical business hotel level. Separate sink from shower/toilet room good for couples.

Modest travelers and business oasis.
Had a late check-in as a stop on driving trip to Miyazaki. Lots of free parking available in front of the hotel. Most standard toiletries available in-room or at the front desk. Rooms were more spacious than many typical urban business hotels. Soundproofing was adequate between rooms. Room fixtures, including a/c and TV, worked well. Directions for operating equipment had translations (English, Hangul, etc). Modest bed comfort.
From midnight to 6am the front door is closed and locked but access is available with room keycard. 6am to 9am
there is a free breakfast buffet with light Japanese and European style selection. Staff kept is well stocked, even with a steady rush of customers. Vending machines on some floors. I did not use available internet on my short stay but did see an available computer kiosk near the front lobby. Checked in using Japanese, so I did not test the bilingual capability of the staff. Check out was dropping the keycards in a box on the way out. Very easy.
