Pleasant experience and we loved it
Th staff was very hospitable and considerate. It was our anniversary and we had a pleasant suprise. The hotel had prepared us welcome amenities and gave us a room at the upper floors with island view. The room was clean and spacious.

First few days were fine nothing that rave about. Then there was a horrid smell throughout the room as if the toilets had backflow. Was transferred to another room which then had no working A/C and no hot water to take a shower.

Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience that ruined our family vacation. The hotel staff showed a complete lack of respect for guest privacy—a staff member entered our room without knocking or providing any notice while we were inside. When confronted, they falsely claimed they had knocked. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. We also had no internet access for 24 hours, and the hotel's explanation was inadequate. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels in Turkey and abroad, I can confidently say this hotel does not meet those standards.

Personel iyi niyetli ama yönetim berbat. Akşam geç giriş yaptım, 22:35 gibi. Mutfak restaurant kapanmış, bar 01’e kadar açık, yiyecek yok. Oda servisinden sipariş vereyim bara getirsinler diye rica ettik arkadaşımla, gece müdürü “olamaz” diye emretti. Odadan yemek siparişi verip, 40 dk sonra yemekle bara çıktık. Rezalet!

İstemiş olduğunuz iki tane fincan iki tane çayın gelmesi yarım saati aşkın bir süre aldı. İlk giriş yaptığımızda oda tozluydu mobilya aksamı koyu renk olduğu için tozu çok gösteriyor. Kahvaltı menüsü idare eder seviyedeydi.

Otel çalışanları ve hizmetinden memnunduk. Erken saatte bizi odamıza aldılar. Ancak otelin çevresi ve bulunduğu konumdan hiçbir şekilde bahsedilmemişti. Sanayinin ortasında, arabamıza giderken yanımızdan fare geçti. Asla bahsedildiği gibi olmayan bir konumdaydı. Banyoda kurt vardı. Yastıklar inanılmaz kötü ve rahatsızdı uyuyamadık. Ancak bunu bildirdiğimizde gece 3’de bile hemen yardımcı oldular. Ek yatak istediğimiz (kızım için) yatak kalitesi de berbat bir çekyattı. Kahvaltı iyiydi ancak bu fiyata otelin kalitesi inanılmaz kötüydü. Sadece çalışanlarının iyi ve güleryüzlü oldugunu belirtmek isterim. Onun dışındaki kalite çok çok kötü 5 yıldızlı bu fiyata, bu otele.
