  • 10.0.Exceptional

Beautiful little gem in the heart of old Quebec. Room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. It was quite small but perfect for 2 adults. Room was quiet and was very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect and having a view of the chateau Frontenac was an added bonus. We could walk to everything within 3 mins. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it for its cleanliness, location and for being so comfortable.

We had a room with access to a small terrace and Maybe because of the pandemic- there wasn’t really anything appealing about sitting on a inside courtyard terrace with 3 metal chairs and a bistro table. Otherwise our room had fantastic shower -in the room itself- with 4 heads and rain-shower head and a separate toilet/sink. Comfortable bed, air conditioning that was quiet and cable tv with good channel options. Easy touch less check-in. Great location. We’ll be back!

The hotel was well situated in Old Quebec city. It was walking distance to a lot of attractions, store and restaurants. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a little small especially sitting on the toilet. The toilet was in between the wall and shower so my husband who is wider then me, was nocking his shoulder on both sides, but that was just a little thing compared to the rest. Because of the covid-19, there was no contact with the staff for registering into the hotel. They sent me a test message for registration which was well detailed with a key pad code to enter the hotel. They also told us was our room number was and we also had a key pad at the door to enter the room, so no long wait for registration. The parking was a little aways, but that didn't bother us.

    New ownership

advertised with petite de jeunier or breakfast available, but under new management no service at all. Beds uncomfortable. No hot water throughout our stay in the shower. We were offered to go to another room to shower. Because of corona virus and closing of attractions, we left a day early, but we’re still charged for full stay.

Close to many attractions, great location, had Netflix and other subscription services. Only downside is I had to park 2 blocks away, but not a huge deal.

    Nice Place, GREAT location

Right place, nice place. No elevator, so don't be surprised when you don't see one. Bathroom was fine (some people are just too optimistic for a converted house!). Did not have breakfast there. Bed was comfortable. They do NOT have 24 hour desk service, so if you're going to be late, CALL THEM to arrange getting a key. Otherwise you will be banging on the door all night keeping the rest of us up... I would definitely recommend this place and I would easily reserve a room her again when I return to Quebec City.
