Wonderful hotel in terms of comfort, location, luxury. Great onsen nearby, stunning view from 7th floor room, ten minutes walk to beach, fabulous meal in hotel's Japanese restaurant. 10 stops from Sannomiya in central Kobe. Perfect hotel justifies relatively high cost.

Good "escape"spot for the weekends. Enjoyed the relaxed environment and seaside views from the hotel. Great place for morning and evening walks along the seaside. A little disappointment as some hotel restaurant closed due to Pandemic but hopefully they may reopen later. Buffet at the major restaurant was not outstanding but we enjoyed having relaxed meals there.. .

レストランは静かで外国人の方がほとんどいない、今時珍しいホテルでした。 朝食会場で感激したのはビュッフェワゴンがあったことです。足の悪い方、杖をついている方にとってはとても助かるワゴンです。今までたくさんのホテルを利用しましたが初めて見ました。よく見る光景は家族が食事をとってきたり、ホテルの従業員がお盆を持ってお客様と一緒に動いて好みの食事を選んだりしていましたが、ワゴンがあれば好きなように選べるのでとシステムでした。

1、ロケーションは最高。天気も良くて歩いて大橋まで散歩がてらに、あちこちへ行った。一駅向こうには、大型アウトレットショップもある。 2、スタッフの対応も親切で良い。 3、部屋のアメニティで不満は、保湿クリームが置いてない、パジャマはあるが、ガウンのようなものだけでズボンがなくて寒いので、持ってきたタイツを履いた。上下備えてほしい。
