Front desk staff are very friendly n helpful. The receiption hall is very spacious n clean. Hotel bathroom inside not provided with hand towel，tooth brush n tooth paste. The breakfast is very impressive with many food choices. Restaurants n cafe in hotel are good.

Hotel is rated as luxury 4 stars hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is not kept well being condition being old and even so not clean. The toilet, bedsheet and towels provided are of old and dirty quality. Breakfast was negative. Could speak nothing positive of the hotel.

Lacks maintenance.
Great staff let down by maintenance and care. There are lots of defects: the elevators card security system is disconnected, the gym is a dangerous joke (even the half filled weights rack is assembled incorrectly). In our room the clearly damaged safe only worked while forcing it shut while locking, a light switch dangled out of its socket, the shower selected was locked solid. The smart electrical controls in the room looked OK but let down by lack of charging points.
