Not Marriott standard
I didn't enjoy my stay. When I checked in the A/C wasn't working. I wanted to order water from delivery app, they said I have to go downstairs to pick it up (they had bottles of water packed inhouse, which I did not trust). When I wanted to buy bottled mineral water the morning I was leaving for the airport at 4:30am they said the entire hotel ran out of bottled water. When I said that's quite surprising if they can't find a single bottle. Then they said it's chargeable and found a bottle. It's a shame if they think a platinum elite member is worried about paying for a bottle of water. I don't expect that from a Marriott brand. They need to train their employees to work in a brand like Marriott.
