Phenomenal pension in Pisa - unbeatable location and remarkable view served with regal Italian hospitality. This is simply 'the place' to stay in Pisa. The rooftop terrace (where breakfast is served) is a special place - glorious garden with a stunning backdrop. A very special mention to Luca and his team who were very helpful from start to finish.

Lovely little hotel/bed and breakfast in a nice building overlooking the botanical gardens and in a great location for most things Pisa has to offer.Lovely big rooms all done in an individual style and a great spread at breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if I visit Pisa.

8/10 Very good

Lovely stay at this apartment. The location was great for the sights of Pisa but in retrospect we would have chosen somewhere nearer the train station as we spent most of our time visiting other places (such as Lucca & Cinque Terre). The room was huge with all one needed. The bed could have been softer for me but was good for my husband. The TV was small (in relation to the room) but we didn’t use it so it didn’t matter to us. The only improvement needed was in regard to breakfast - we put on weight just looking at the sugar-laden treats on offer. It would be great if the hotel would consider offering some more healthy alternatives that will set us up for the day, such as yoghurt, granola, cereals without sugar, fruit salad etc.. and fruit juices without sugar added. Overall an excellent place to stay with just a few tweaks!

We were just in Pisa for one night and 7 Rooms provided the perfect base to explore from. It's really well positioned, clean and the welcome was super friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and they provided such a marvelous range of cakes and savory options.

We just spent 1 night at 7 rooms for my son’s 22nd birthday surprise, hotel communication was excellent response always received within 24 hours. Luca is amazing excellent customer service, he even made sure our taxi to the airport was booked In advance. We booked a room with a terrace and city view of the tower, spacious room, which was clean, complementary bottles of water and breakfast, We highly recommend this hotel would definitely come again thank you Luca and team
