Three front desk doesn't have people so check in is impossible came back the next day and got nothing but attitude and disrespect. My stay was pretty good there. The manager was friendly and the people working at the desk. I slept good there without alot of noise through the night. The place need some remolding and they want you to wash there sheets on the bed for them and towels and face cloth.

I made reservations well in advance with a credit card to hold the reservation. The hotel called me at 6:30 pm on the rday of my arrival to tell me they had overbooked and did not have a room for me. I was traveling from out of state. Telling me on the day of my arrival is unacceptable. I had to scramble and drive 20 additional miles to get a room on the same evening at a higher rate. Totally unsatisfied with everything about my experience with woodspring suites wake forest.

Our room was given away! I called the hotel from my event on the evening i was to check in. I was informed that they had no room for me and that there were none available. I told them I had a reservation number and she repeatef that there were no more rooms available. When I initially made the reservation the nice gentleman assured me there was no deadline for checking in. We ended up asking other relatives if we could share there room. Very uncomfortable and embarrassing!
