More of a restaurant, less of a hotel!
OYO cancelled my reservation in spite of Expedia taking my Credit card details with the condition that if I cancel hotel reservation after a certain date and time, one day room rent will be deducted from my Credit card. On reaching Hotel, I was told by hotel front manager that I do not have any reservation. I have to call OYO who said that because I did not talk to them that is why reservation was cancelled, although I have talked with a customer care executive at 1500 HRS that day that I will be checking in between 1800 to 2000 HRS as and when my flight reaches destination.
The cost of room was comparatively high for the facilities! There is no Gymnasium, newspaper was not given, entry to Lobby of Hotel is through Kitchen, Cleanliness is good!
It was OK to me because it was near to NCL where I was visiting, a great escape!
