listing shows that the hotel has AC, but it wasn’t actually working. When asked, the staff said it’s not working for the whole hotel and asked me to open a window. The room itself was clean, but the hallways and elevator were old and dirty. There were many carpet stains, and dead mosquitos accumulating in the elevator. It also smelled of smoke in the hallways and elevator. At least the location was convenient to the airport (although still requires a taxi), which is what we needed. The restaurant is decent as well, and the service is kind.

The hotel and the room were overall good. It could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, it looks a little run down. The dining area was nice. The bar area was cute. I wish there was a pool! My biggest complaints were that the safe didn’t work so I was not able to lock anything in it, and the location of the hotel. It’s about 20-30 minutes via taxi into Florence. I didn’t realize it was so far away when I booked it.

The hotel really needs to be updated. Filthy carpets, flooring needs to be repaired or better yet replaced. The hallways are used for smoking. Dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings. The airco can’t handle the heat in the daytime. It was not comfortable in the daytime. The personnel were very friendly and helpfull.
