They need to heir a good behavior staff..
This hotel is not good..this is my advise is not to select this one specially when you are with family..the aircondition was not working i have complained 3 time only with 1st complain a man came and just brushed the A.C blower but was not working i complained again but no one came.the staff is so bad they catch you for their tips..and the hotel manager charge me extra 350 EGP.because they said you are overseas not from Egypt.when i done online booking there was nothing mentioned like this... Just only the breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant charged too much from the menu price.they charge too much for service and tax is extra..if we paid too hotel then i think no need to charged tax on food.

Nothing like what’s shown on the webpage. I expected a fairly nice hotel for the money, and this was old, rundown, and with blocked pyramid views— nothing like they show in Expedia. In addition, there was no WiFi in the rooms, as advertised. Breakfast was cold (and some of the food left over from an event last night....)

The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. But the place was so dirty and disgusting. The walls were dirty, the floors were dirty, we had a leak in the bathroom, the shower was so disgusting and I don’t think our room had ever been cleaned. The only good thing was the sheets looked clean. We walked down the stairs instead of taking the little elevator and one entire floor was full of old furniture and maybe they’re doing construction or something but it was kind of a scary scene from a horror film LOL

Pyramid escape
The hotel in location to the Pyramids was amazing. You could see them straight from your window and from the roof top terrace. The hotel itself is very run down but you pay for what you get. The staff are friendly

Great view, filthy pool area
I will be staying here again next month, and yes, I’ll keep the reservation. Why? Because the view from my room and from the roof top restaurant is spectacular. The food was also very good. Three of us had a feast, each choosing a combo from the Ramadan menu and then sharing. Amazing! My room was nice enough, though the toilet leaked, so I had to turn off the water to the toilet. The bed was comfortable. However, the pool area is filthy. They need to vacuum everything, and the lounge chairs should be wiped down daily. When you pick up your wet towel at the end of the day, you’ll see how brown and filthy your towel will be. Considering that there is a pool attendant who sits there all day and takes care of the water (mostly clean), this is disgraceful. I’ll be emailing management.

Simple and comfortable but with a bad twist
I stayed here for 9 out of the 18 days I was in Egypt. The first 5 was perfect. Great view of pyramids, terrace w/ cafe and pool. Restaurant and cafe staff are excellent. The food delicious. Pool staff very friendly and helpful. The gentleman running the souvenir shop is such a delight. I seemed to have picked up a problem with hotel staff on the day before I left but, they seemed to have a change of heart thankfully and accommodated for me to stay until I had to leave for my late flight. I was a bit offended after being a “somewhat perfect“ guest and they had no problem with me prior to that day. Overall, a pleasant stay.
