Quiet area but relaxing
The hotel is not in a lively area. It is very quiet no shops local and no sightseeing except for beaches. We had to remind them about free water everyday and the room had cigarette ends under the bed. I asked for a top floor room but was given one on the first floor. There was a little bit of toilet roll left which wasnt topped up and no toiletries for use.

A very nice and memorable stay in Goa
I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and was very happy about the overall experience (and honestly it was well beyond my expectations). The hotel locates close to the beach and has very nice environment. It was quite and safe too. I woke up every morning listening to birds singing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager Jaime. They tried very hard to make me happy - whatever I asked for, they arranged it. Jaime also gave me very good suggestions about where to go and what to do in Goa (based on my needs), and he arranged all the trips and taxi for me. I truly had a lot of fun in Goa and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel with friendly staff
Every staff is very friendly. Especially the hotel owner is quite kind and friendly. Restaurant in the hotel is also good and friendly. They made food taste as adjusted to my preference. The hotel prepared a taxi with super discount fee. Room size is enough and facilities is also good. I sated along, but not felt any inconvenience. It was good to talk with the owner with jokes.

Nice Hotel close to the beach
Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a GOA I have experienced.
