Beware! A 2 star hotel promoted as as 3 stars.
Firstly no reservation found. showed on mobile. Pre-payment demanded by cash only. Was given worst probable room. No TV, No AC no proper toilet. After appealing I was given a reasonable room. Breakfast is not automatically free. Had to present booking showing amenisties included.Breakfast is served in the room like room service and staff serving are not made aware it is free. Location is close to red light zone. Not recommended for someone looking for a decent 3 star hotel. Will never ain not even by mistake.bookthis hotel again not even by mistake. The prepayment leaves you no alternative but to stay or loose your money. I would hate to think that Hotel.com knew the true quality they are recommending as 3 Star Hotel. I see that these 3 nights are not considered for rewards. Might as well since the average cost will be lower. Still planning on 6 more nights so no big loss.
