We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Palazzo Negri! The room was superb: lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed, and close to all the major attractions in Verona. It also included a clothes washer and semi-kitchen. though we did not need to use them. The best part was the communication with the staff. They were helpful at every stage of our visit, from anticipating our needs prior to check-in to keeping our bags for a few hours after we checked out. We really appreciated all the help and consideration they extended to us.

If you are coming to Verona for a trip.. please stay here! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon and we regret not staying longer. The city is gorgeous, with fantastic restaurants and bakeries everywhere you look. The hosts here were extraordinary, we cannot give them enough credit - they were available to assist us with anything we needed, and made us feel welcome like family. We are already thinking about returning, and won’t stay anywhere else but here.

My daughter and I absolutely LOVED Palazzo Negri! Luisa is a sweetheart and was in contact with us every day. She even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. We stayed in the Smeraldo room and it was very large, tastefully decorated and a big bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing. I can’t recommend this location enough. Located centrally in Verona, it was so close to every tourist site in town that you can think of. Even the taxi stand is just down the stairs and around the corner. This came in really handy during the super hot heat wave- we were able to come back between events and sightseeing, and rest. Our four nights and five days in Verona were made very comfortable and stress free by the Residenza. Air conditioning works great, but make sure that the windows are properly closed. We stayed in levante and it was huge! Equipped with all kitchenware, stove, utensils, pots, pans, fridge, even dish soap and scrub, and electric kettle amongst other things. Very convenient. Laundry was fantastic, and they even provided detergent for two loads. No dryer but they have a drying rack and things dry fast. The staff were extremely helpful. The only thing I would mention is that there is no elevator for those who are mobility challenged.

Communication with host was very easy through WhatsApp, and I received clear instructions on how to securely enter the property. Excellent location - walking distance to many of the main sights! Apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. The air conditioning worked, but it had a limit set such that you could not make it any cooler. We wished it could be a few degrees cooler. Would stay here again!
