my fiancé and I stayed at this location last December. It was good, and I gave it good ratings. But since then, they have performed major upgrades on the property. It is absolutely beautiful, and I didn’t even recognize it as the same place. The changes that were made were so intelligent, I’m telling you, these people really have a good business sense as to what draws and keeps clientele. I was very impressed, everything was top notch !!

A pousada oferece um ambiente acolhedor e aconchegante, com um atendimento impecável e um clima muito tranquilo, ideal para quem quer relaxar. O quarto em que me hospedei estava limpo e bem cuidado, proporcionando conforto durante toda a estadia. A localização também é excelente, próxima às belas praias de Ilhéus, o que tornou minha experiência ainda mais especial. No entanto, gostaria de fazer uma sugestão para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes: o acesso pelo portão pode ser um pouco demorado, pois ele leva um tempo para abrir ou fechar. Acho que seria uma excelente ideia fornecer um controle remoto para cada hóspede, tornando o processo mais ágil e prático, principalmente quando há pressa. De resto, minha estadia foi ótima e com certeza voltarei! A Pousada Lua e Mar é um ótimo lugar para quem busca descanso e boa hospitalidade.
