The room was just what I needed - plenty of everything with an incredible view! Comfy bed, lovely hot soothing shower, sofa for reading, the works. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, loved that I was greeted genuinely and warmly.

We stayed one night and it was comfy. Had laundry machines there. Couldn’t find any ice or vending on our floor but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t there. We just didn’t see it. Overall, I’d stay again. Nice location.

Wonderful hotel in great location!
This is our annual stay at Hyatt House for shows at The Anthem and we love it here. The staff are wonderful and always so helpful. The rooms are spacious and we love that we have kitchens with full sized fridges so we can bring drinks and snacks with us for the weekend. Parking is expensive but that's the city for you - definitely valet because if you self park in the garage, it is way more money! Overall, this is a great hotel in a excellent location close to everything!
