At check in we were met by a very unfriendly and impatient receptionist. Next morning the staff was much nicer. Rooms are tiny and you need to pay extra for a baby crib (which we didn't have to last time). Breakfast was way too expensive for the variety served. Mostly just regular bread and a small variety of spreads, and eggs. One type of cake, and a croissant. No milk alternatives, no glutenfri or lactosefri alternatives. No interesting fruits or warm dishes. Overall much less impressive breakfast than any other hotel we have stayed in. And definitely overpriced. Very expensive parking too.

There is no free luggage room, you have to place yourself your luggage in a rented locker ( approx 10DKK per hour) No receipt can be obtained for the payment.
