WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me.
When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there. He then started to review and explain all the information to the new hotel front desk agent and discussing payment details and arrangements... After nearly 2 hours I was finally on the hotel room. It was a very disappointing experience and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The second hotel wasn't clean. When I got to the hotel for my second night they had me wait on the front desk for an hour verifying all my information and told me that the amount the original hotel was paying for my stay wasn't enough, so I had to sit there until they solved this issue with the original hotel.
