I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from July 31 to August1st, Room# 202.
Upon checking in at approximately 11 pm, we discovered that there was no running water in the shower. While there was water available for the toilet and sink, the absence of shower water was completely unacceptable, especially given the hot weather conditions in Rome.
The hotel staff attributed the issue to a wider area water shortage, a claim I find difficult to believe given that the problem was isolated to the shower. Furthermore, the hotel was unable to offer an alternative room due to being fully booked.
The hotel’s complete lack of responsibility for this matter and refusal to offer a refund is appalling. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with my stay.
I believe that this matter warrants a full refund and would appreciate it if you would address this complaint promptly.
