I firstly experienced on-sen in Japan, and it was so nice and special. There were several types of pools in basement spa which came from natural hot spring. Dinner was also gorgeous and had many kinds of foods.

温泉・部屋に関しては古いけれどきちんと整備されていていいと思った。夕食に関しても特筆すべきものはないものの宿泊料金からみれば満足のいくものであった。ただ朝食は楽しみにしていたいくらが提供されず、そうなるとその他のものは陳腐なメニューになってしまいとても残念であった。

ホテル全体は静かで落ち着いて過ごすことができました。お風呂は湯温が分かれていて楽しむことができました。 お風呂の洗い場の排水溝が詰まっていて排水が溜まっていたのが残念でしたが、スタッフの方に伝えるとすぐに対応していただきました。 チェックイン時、空いていたのですがスタッフ間の連携がとれていず、スタッフが変わるたびに同じ説明をさせられました。煩わしかったです。 女性スタッフが若くて綺麗な方だったので許せましたが、年配の偉そうな男性スタッフはフロント、売店ともに無愛想で話したくありませんでした。もったいないなといった感じです。
