Uma falta de respeito absurda!
Fiz a reserva no mesmo dia em que eu me hospedaria. Concluí a reserva e peguei a estrada... Foram 6 horas de viagem até o local para ouvir que NÃO ESTAVAM FUNCIONANDO NESTA SEMANA. Por que eu consegui reservar, então?! ABSURDO!!! A dona viajou e me pediu, através de um funcionário, que eu fosse para outro local.... Indignação me resume! Pior, um local mais barato, alegando já ter recebido o valor. É vergonhoso esssa pessoa sem profissionalismo algum ser aceita pelo Expedia. Pior situação!
